Spinal Manipulation Workshop

Entry Requirements:
You must be in good health and will be required to engage in practical sessions as both the therapist and the client.

Course Structure:
The course runs over 1 day with attendance at our centre from 9:30am – 4:30pm. It comprises a mixture of lectures, discussions, and practical sessions.

Fees: £135.00*
*Minimum of £35.00 deposit required to secure a place. Balance is payable before commencing the course.

About the course

This is a very intense one-day workshop, run from 09:30 – 16:30, involving learning and practising practical skills; therefore it is appropriate for qualified manual therapists as well as students. Due to the nature of learning psychomotor skills such as manipulation, learning the basic skills early on in your study allows time for essential practice. It is also relevant for qualified practitioners who wish to review their handling or positioning.

The workshop is designed to assist you to hone your skills to deliver a safe and effective manipulation. One-to-one supervision is guaranteed by limiting places on this course.

Sports therapists and Sports Massage therapists with relevant experience are also able to attend.

Emphasis will be on safety, indications/contraindications and practitioner positioning.
