Now, as a registered Osteopath – qualifying with a First Class Honours Degree and Special Award – she runs bodyy® Healthcare – a busy multi-disciplinary clinic in Stafford.
K has lectured in many settings including delivering undergraduate lectures to the Osteopathy degree program at Staffordshire University and Medical Degree course at Keele University.
With over 20 years’ of experience in teaching and treating, she enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience with others to help enhance their own skills and careers. Hence, she has developed bodyy® Academy to promote the delivery of high quality training and education with easy access to all manual therapists and professionals working and studying in this sphere.
Georgie is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and registered Nurse.
She enjoys being active and outdoors. In 2017, she walked from Stafford to the French Alps to raise money for Birmingham Children’s Hospital, achieving an award as one of the top 100 fund-raisers that year. She continues to enjoy the great outdoors mountain-biking on Cannock Chase.
As an experienced Sports Massage Therapist, Georgie is well-placed to lecture Sports Massage for bodyy® Academy’s Level 3 Sports Massage Therapy award as well as being an Active IQ Internal Verifier for this qualification. She also shares her clinical expertise by lecturing on bodyy® Academy’s Kinesiology Taping, The Shoulder and Upper Extremity, and The Pelvis and Lower Extremity workshops.
Phoebe is currently finalising her qualification as a doctor at the University of Leeds.
She adds an allopathic angle to the Neurological Testing workshop with the Academy, and enjoys practising healthcare with a holistic approach.
With a keen interest in nature and the outdoors, Phoebe enjoys keeping fit by running and hiking, especially on Cannock Chase and in the Yorkshire Dales.
