What to expect

Osteopathic examination and treatment is delivered by Stafford Osteopathic Clinic’s experienced practitioners at bodyy® Healthcare clinic.

You can expect a detailed discussion of your medical history and receive a comprehensive physical examination so that we can reveal the root cause of your symptoms. If further tests or scans are required, we can work alongside your general practitioner, or refer you privately.

We will explain everything along the way to ensure that you are comfortable at all times. Treatment can involve a combination of techniques tailored to your needs and may be followed up with rehabilitative exercises or lifestyle advice so that you can continue with your recovery between treatments.

Treatment duration

Please allow up to an hour for your initial appointment or reassessment. Thereafter, half-hour follow-up appointments ensure we can allow sufficient time to deliver our best service to you.

Sports Therapy

What to expect

We will firstly take your medical history before carrying out a detailed physical assessment so that we can reveal the mechanism and nature of your injury. If further tests or scans are required, our Sports Therapists at bodyy® Healthcare can communicate with your general practitioner, or refer you privately.

Your Sports Therapist will ensure you remain comfortable by explaining everything during your appointment. Every treatment is tailored to your needs at that time and can involve a combination of techniques, rehabilitative exercises and lifestyle advice to optimise your progress.

Treatment duration

Please allow up to an hour for your initial appointment or reassessment. Follow-up appointments can be booked for either half-an-hour or an hour to ensure we have sufficient time to deliver our best service to you. Your practitioner will discuss this with you.

Sports Massage

What to expect

After taking your medical history, we will assess your needs – whether you require pain relief, or help to reduce stiffness and tension, or relaxation to promote an optimal feeling of wellbeing.

Sports Massage Therapy treatment can involve a combination of techniques tailored so that you enjoy the maximum benefit. Your practitioner may prescribe exercises or or suggest lifestyle changes to help you promote your own wellbeing between treatments.

Please allow up to an hour for your initial appointment or reassessment. Your practitioner will then discuss follow-up appointment options with you.

Foot Health

What to expect

After taking your medical history, we will assess you and discuss your needs with you.

Treatment is tailored to your needs and is complemented with helpful advice so that you can continue improving your foot health between treatments.

At bodyy® Healthcare, our Foot Health Practitioners also deliver moulded orthotics – a bespoke fitting of lightweight, slim, carbon insoles to give you comfortable support when you’re on your feet.

Treatment duration

Please allow half an hour for your Foot Health appointments to ensure we have sufficient time to deliver our best service to you. 

Nutritional Therapy

What to expect

Nutritional Therapy is delivered by K, our experienced Clinical Director at bodyy® Healthcare clinic.

Before your first appointment, we will send you a health questionnaire and diet diary to complete and return to us.

During your initial appointment, we will take a detailed medical history from you before delving into the details of your current symptoms. Each body system is explored so that we can reveal the root cause of your symptoms and understand their manifestation. 

We can work alongside your general practitioner, or refer you privately should further tests or scans be required. 

Treatment draws from a combination of approaches including delivering a comprehensive plan which will be sent to you following your appointment. It will specify direction on which dietary changes to make, identify restorative lifestyle activities, and determine which supplements you currently require to support your body systems and achieve optimal health.
